Job summary

Aerotek in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire role at a modern, automated facility. The position focuses on mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and operating Fiix Software to document work.

Responsibilities include replacing parts, welding when needed, and learning robotic systems as the plant expands. Overtime may be required; safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with 480V electrical systems.
• Mechanical maintenance and preventive maintenance experience.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Training on first shift for ~30 days.
• Comfort with Fiix Software or similar CMMS.
• Strong communication with team.
• Ability to shadow staff and learn new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Replace mechanical and electrical parts throughout the facility.
• Repair pneumatic cylinders and other mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot downtime to minimize production loss.
• Train to operate KMT Streamline SL‑V 50 R Plus system.
• Perform welding tasks when needed.
• Document maintenance using Fiix Software.
• Shadow experienced technicians and learn new equipment.
• Communicate status and priorities with supervisors.
