Job summary

Sensaria is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently maintain and repair automated production equipment in our fast-paced wall art facility in Grand Prairie, TX. You will ensure uptime, product quality, and on-time order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automated manufacturing, strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills (Beckhoff/AB/Siemens), and experience with CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance in automated manufacturing or e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based equipment such as Beckhoff, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on printers, conveyors, framing machines, and CNC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and maintain print systems for quality output.
• Read electrical schematics, document work in CMMS, and participate in safety programs.
