Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking an Automation Maintenance Mechanic (FT) in Manhattan, NY. In this role, you will handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within our pharmacy fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in automated facilities, particularly in troubleshooting electrical components. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in automated facilities such as fulfillment, pharmacy, or manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical components like sensors and motors.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and repair sensory systems and equipment.
• Manage inventory and storage of spare parts.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Organize the warehouse for easy access to items.
• Ensure functionality of plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Assist with vendors and procurement as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in automated facilities

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components

Ability to read engineered diagrams
