Job summary

QRC Group is seeking a Process Engineer to support automated manufacturing operations and maintain equipment reliability in a highly regulated environment. The role involves troubleshooting, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Preferred candidates have a mechanical/electrical/industrial/manufacturing engineering background, experience with automated filling/packaging systems, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with automated manufacturing, packaging, filling, or production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduled preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support during line operation, including equipment adjustments.
• Assist with mechanical line changeovers and equipment setup activities.
• Support spare parts management, including inventory and availability of critical components.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements.
