Job summary
CRH in the United States seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to support industrial manufacturing operations. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship/millwright training preferred.
- Strong technical skills in automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including lockout/tagout and related measures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation systems, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
