Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings.
• Experience assembling complex mechanical equipment or machinery.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for custom automation equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation.
• Plan and execute the build of complex machine assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and automation-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and fellow builders to meet project goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Manage time effectively to support project schedules and deadlines.
• Travel up to 10–15% to support machine installation and startup activities.
