Experience installing and evaluating complex laboratory analyzers, IT products, Automation systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences and two years of laboratory IT, general IT, product line experience or 4 years experience
Able and willing to travel 95%, including overnight travel by air/car
Currently reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport in the US
ASCP-certified Med Tech or Medical Laboratory Scientist with at least 3 years of experience working with automation, middleware, and/or LIS systems in a clinical laboratory (hospital, IDN, or reference laboratory)
Experience with sample processing via automation and understanding of overall laboratory operations
Effective customer-facing skills: highly proficient communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to foster strong internal/external customer relationships
Effective time-management, organization, and prioritization skills; ability to work as a field-based individual contributor with independence and autonomy
Additional Information:
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $85,900.00 to $159,500.00. USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
