Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Research Associate to support our automation and flow cytometry core in cell therapy pipelines. This hands-on role requires developing and optimizing automation assays, troubleshooting liquid handlers and cytometers, and performing aseptic cell culture. You will collaborate across teams to meet project milestones and manage inventories and software like Benchling and MS Office.

Qualifications include a B.S. with 6 months–1 year in biology or an M.S.

Qualifications

B.S. with 6 months to 1 year biology-related experience is required.
M.S. in biology-related field with no experience is acceptable.
Understanding of automated liquid handling systems preferred.
Basic knowledge of flow cytometry principles and applications.
Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience (suspension/adherent).
Strong self-motivation, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize automation assays for high-throughput cell-based tests.
Troubleshoot automation systems and flow cytometry instruments.
Perform daily QC and maintenance on flow cytometers
Conduct aseptic cell culture of adherent and suspension cell lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones
Manage lab inventory, equipment, and software (Benchling, MS Office)
Present findings in team meetings
