Job summary

Saint Francis Ministries is seeking a Mid-Level Automation Developer to drive automation initiatives, develop and test scripts in Python, PowerShell, and Power Platform, and integrate systems via APIs. You’ll translate business workflows into scalable solutions and mentor junior staff.

Collaborating with the Process Improvement and Systems teams, you’ll design, document, and deploy automation across data management, analytics, and security.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or computer science or two+ years equivalent experience.
• PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals or equivalent certification preferred.
• Two+ years in programming, scripting, or automation tasks.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable automation scripts with PowerShell and Python and document them.
• Create system integrations using APIs and scripted imports/exports.
• Test automation scripts and maintain coding standards.
• Lead IT projects and translate workflows into automated solutions.
• Document processes and train staff on automation tools.
• Manage user accounts and ensure access controls across systems.
• Provide technical support and ensure data security.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
