Job summary

Q-Edge Corporation, Foxconn is hiring for a role focused on leading the introduction and debugging of complex automated manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will ensure electrical and software stability of production equipment, work with robotics, PLCs, and maintain production efficiency in a high-volume facility. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance are required. Proficiency in PLC programming and understanding of automation is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive electronics, semiconductor, or precision assembly.
• Experience in robotics, AGV, AOI, or related specialized fields is highly preferred.
• AI implementation experience in automation environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze causes of failures using professional analysis techniques and tools.
• Participate in early-stage Design for Manufacturability and equipment evaluation.
• Push for vendor equipment setup, installation, and debug at NPI.

Skills

Proficient in Mitsubishi/Omron/Siemens PLC programming

Experience in parameter configuration and troubleshooting of VFDs and servo drives

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Familiar with low-voltage power distribution systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
