Sheer Health is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to build and maintain our browser automation platform in a fast-paced New York City environment. You will design, develop, and maintain technologies to interact with health insurance organizations on behalf of our members, helping shape the direction and culture of the company.

As an early team member, you will work on Playwright-based automation, contribute to security and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with fullstack focus.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and backend framework (Go or Java).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web interaction systems through automation platforms like Playwright.
• Build autonomous agents using advanced models to navigate dynamic content and workflows.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and availability via monitoring and code improvements.
