PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Corporation, seeks an Automation Engineer II to design and scale automated production lines across sites. You will translate requirements into tooling, fixtures, and integrated systems, leading cross-functional teams from concept to production ramp-up.

Ideal candidates have CAD experience, GD&T proficiency, and a proven ability to scale automation from prototype to full production with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. On-site role with regional travel.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in automation engineering within electronics, aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field.
• Experience designing and scaling automation systems from prototype through full production.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tooling/fixturing design, and system architecture development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system level design and scale up activities to fully automated production lines.
• Design, test, and qualify automation systems per specifications and program requirements.
• Design tooling and fixtures for manual, semi-automated, and automated processes with GD&T.
• Translate system requirements into operation principles and integration strategies for full automation lines.
• Apply multidisciplinary engineering expertise across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and optical systems for integrated solutions.
• Serve as SME for deployed automation platforms and guide lifecycle improvements.
• Develop manufacturing BOMs, procedures, spare parts lists, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide hands-on training and troubleshooting support to sustain engineering and operations teams.
• Lead system integration efforts, including requirements translation, architecture development, and functional validation.
• Troubleshoot complex, multi-technology systems and guide root cause analysis.
• Support factory deployments, FAT/SAT testing, and equipment qualification activities.
• Document requirements, descriptions, and system architecture for long-term sustainment.
