Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing automated test systems for product development.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, sensors, and measurement devices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across NPD, Reliability, and Lab teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test systems to support new product development with increasing ownership.
• Integrate and troubleshoot hardware, sensors, measurement devices, safety systems, and motion devices across labs.
• Support project scope discussions and system requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interpret project charters and align objectives with engineering decisions.
• Create and maintain system documentation including BOMs, instructions, risk assessments, and validation records.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement, costing, and schedule management.
• Analyze project risks and communicate concerns related to cost, schedule, procurement, and quality.
• Elevate obstacles with potential solutions and mitigation options.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with quality and execution discipline.
• Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues.
• Demonstrate ownership through communication, risk awareness, and data-supported recommendations.
• Grow technical competency and project execution through learning opportunities.
