Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or robotics.
• Solid understanding of optical assembly processes.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Develop training programs for new automation technicians.
• Perform Factory and Site Acceptance Testing for automated systems.
