Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 2 years' automation development experience or scripting/programming experience.
• Strong SDLC understanding and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with API development, web services, AI/ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions across business processes.
• Leverage RPA, AI, ML, and API integrations to deliver high-quality workflows.
• Collaborate with IT Automation Solution Architect and Automation Program Manager.
• Ensure adherence to Henry Ford Health standards and COE practices.
