Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation and agentic AI solutions across our U.S. offices.

Strong Python development and experience with Azure and Power Platform are required. You will build AI agents, orchestrate multi‑agent workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate with legal and IT teams to optimize operations while following security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on automation engineering experience.
• Experience building Python-based automation and AI/agentic systems.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent automation and AI agentic workflows.
• Build and maintain Python-based automation services and integrations.
• Architect multi-agent systems with tool and context management.
• Integrate with Azure services, Power Platform, and third-party RPA tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and observability for automation.
• Containerize services with Docker/Kubernetes.
