As part of the Global Operations Team – all business professionals at the firm – you’ll collaborate with colleagues from varied backgrounds and experiences, fostering an environment where cross-functional learning, networking, and collaboration are at the core of what we do. Here, we’re not just supporting a law firm; we’re partnering with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting‑edge solutions in high‑stakes litigation and dispute resolution, world‑class regulatory compliance and advisory services, and complex transactions.

This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward‑thinking peers.

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team.

What You Will Do:
  • Build automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Logic Apps, Forms, and other low-code/no-code tools to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (inc. but not limited to HR, Marketing, Finance, Client Development and legal practices) to gather requirements, define workflow logic, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, third‑party SaaS platforms and other data sources.
  • Create and maintain new connectors to various enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with Transformation Team to continuously monitor and refine automation workflows to improve performance, reduce manual effort, and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Leverage Microsoft Azure AI services and related Generative AI tools to enhance automation workflows with intelligent decision‑making and natural language processing capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Keep current with emerging trends in low-code/no-code platforms, Microsoft ecosystem updates, and automation best practices.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of automation designs, configurations, and support procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
  • Provide end‑user support and training for deployed automation solutions, addressing issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all automation solutions adhere to IT governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Automation Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Azure‑based tools.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (especially PowerApps and Power Automate), Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based automation architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns across Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
  • Proficient in scripting and an understanding of programming languages such as Powershell, JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, and Python.
  • Experience with building custom connectors, managing data sources (e.g., Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint), and deploying solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions leveraging process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
