Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Automation Engineer with an active Secret clearance to design, deploy, and manage modern endpoint management solutions in Arlington, VA. This role features a hybrid/remote setup.

Key duties include automating device provisioning, configuring security baselines, and building deployment pipelines. Candidates should have 5–8 years in endpoint engineering and strong PowerShell automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience (or commensurate experience)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in endpoint engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcement
• Experience with Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) for software deployment and endpoint configuration
• Skilled in Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning
• Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID for authentication and identity management
• Expertise in PowerShell automation to streamline endpoint operations
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools to protect devices and data
• Ability to migrate and manage Group Policy settings in enterprise environments
• Experience in application packaging
