Qualifications

• High level of reading and understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and specs.
• Ability to work with electrical/mechanical assemblies and apply QA standards.
• Experience with safety rules (MIOSHA, Lockout/Tagout, PPE).
• Proficient use of electrical/mechanical hand tools and test equipment.
• Strong communication to report issues and document results.

Responsibilities

• Test mechanical, electrical, and safety attributes of paint automation per plans and specs.
• Meet daily production schedules and maintain productivity.
• Access control plans and quality documents; follow guidelines.
• Verify assembly and test results data are complete and within ranges.
• Care for tooling/equipment and follow Tool Management procedures.
• Apply 5-S to organize the work area with the team.
• Comply with FANUC safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Complete work orders in the ERP system.
