Job summary

Quality Talent Group partners with a prestigious client in building automation and industrial technology to recruit an Electrical Engineer for cement and industrial facilities. You will apply PLC programming, process control, and power distribution expertise to optimize operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Electrical Supervisors and Process Engineers to enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency across plant systems, including instrumentation, motors, and VFDs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years electrical engineer experience in the cement or similar industrial facility.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and process control systems preferred (ABB 800xA, Siemens S7).
• Experience in instrumentation, motors, starters and VFDs; familiarity with Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet.
• Extensive knowledge of high and low voltage power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant process control system (PCS), including application programming, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Facilitate the use of the PCS as a resource for various departments.
• Support installation of new plant equipment from conception to operation.
• Work closely with Electrical Supervisor and Process Engineers to analyze and improve operations.
• Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, and PLC troubleshooting.
