The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to adapt to HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and low shrink.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to adapt to different areas and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in case picking and sorting within the automated environment.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient warehouse processes.
• Operate in HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack areas.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; handle spills and debris.
• Safely control inventory and reduce shrink through accurate picking.
