Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Software Validation and Automated Testing Engineer to design, develop, validate, and automate testing for desktop, mobile, web, and cloud-based applications. You will work with software engineers, systems engineers, product owners, and validation teams to build automated testing frameworks and accelerate product releases.

Responsibilities include creating test plans and automated suites, integrating tests into CI/CD, and continuously improving testing

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, software validation, test automation, or quality engineering.
• Experience developing and executing software test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and automated regression test suites.
• Experience testing desktop, mobile, web, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software quality processes.
• Experience with source control systems and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, and execute software validation strategies and test plans for desktop, mobile, web, and cloud-based applications.
• Validate functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and compatibility against requirements and use cases.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop test cases, procedures, and validation documentation to support releases.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality requirements are addressed early in the lifecycle.
• Track and report software quality metrics, results, and validation status to stakeholders.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, desktop, mobile, and API-based apps.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Create automated scripts to validate functionality, performance, and system interactions.
• Improve testing efficiency through automation and broader test coverage.
• Support automated execution of regression tests for releases and updates.
• Evaluate and implement modern testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and design reviews to ensure testability.
• Develop utilities and test applications that support validation activities.
