Qualifications

• Associate degree or hands‑on experience in automation/mechatronics or related field.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience required.
• Experience with automation systems in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, I/O, sensors, drives, and safety devices.
• Modify, test, and validate PLC logic, HMI screens, and control parameters.
• Analyze machine performance data and recommend countermeasures for improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Production on automation projects.
