E.A. Sween Company in Greenwood County, SC seeks a Controls Technician to support and optimize highly automated manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include programming, debugging, and maintaining PLCs, HMIs, and electrical systems.

The role requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and safety compliance in a GMP environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00am–2:30pm) with overtime as needed and aligns with our equal opportunity employment practices.

Formación

• Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits and wiring.
• Experience with HVAC/HMI electrical troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide programming, debugging and problem solving for highly automated equipment and controls systems.
• Support continuous improvement and capital projects; analyze data to improve equipment uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal customers to implement solutions.
• Create and follow PM procedures; complete CMMS work orders in a timely fashion.
• Read schematics, interpret circuits, and troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Assist in implementing safety and GMP practices in daily operations.
