Job summary

Electric Plus in Avon, IN seeks an Engineer Solutions to develop automation and controls for industrial customers. You’ll support PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and control system projects, interpreting drawings and documenting system architecture.

You will troubleshoot automation and electrical systems, participate in commissioning, startup, and customer acceptance, and collaborate with field teams to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Located in Avon, IN; candidates must commute to our location daily.
• Experience in industrial automation, controls, electrical construction, manufacturing, maintenance, systems integration, or related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Description

What You'll Do

Engineer Solutions

• Develop automation and controls solutions for industrial and manufacturing customers.

• Take ownership of project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN AVON, INDIANA. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR LOCATION EVERY DAY


• Experience in industrial automation, controls, electrical construction, manufacturing, maintenance, systems integration, or a related technical field.


• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.


• Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Engineering Technology, Automation Technology, or a related field.

A degree is preferred but not required.
