Job summary

Qualifications

Associates’ degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Automation or closely related field.
One year of experience in programming Allen Bradley PLC and teaching KUKA robotics.
Experience with inline debugging, automation line safety regulations, and optimizing production line efficiency.
Experience providing technical support for major equipment failures and wiring cabinet work.

Responsibilities

Resolve issues with programs and control system related equipment failure maintenance.
Perform hardware and software maintenance and routine equipment inspection.
Prepare automation equipment accounts and verify accounts for each factory.
Back up and revise automation programs to ensure reliability.
Develop transformation or upgrade plans and supervise implementation.
Debug new product related program and control system development.
Collaborate with equipment manufacturers for technical support and debugging during downtime.
Evaluate viability of new testing equipment development.
