Impulse Space in Redondo Beach seeks an Automation and Controls Engineer to design and commission industrial machinery for R&D, test and production with a fast-paced agile team.
You will own equipment design from concept to commissioning, create schematics in EPlan, program PLCs in TwinCAT, select hardware, and develop HMIs for diagnostics and troubleshooting to meet design intent.

Compensation: $105,000 - $185,000 / year
As an Automation & Controls Engineer at Impulse, you will be responsible for the design and commissioning of industrial machinery and systems for R&D, test, and production while working closely with a fast-paced, agile team.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
