MARATHON STAFFING GROUP is seeking an Automated Machine Operator to join a tech-driven wood manufacturing team. You will oversee, program, and troubleshoot CNC/PLC-controlled machinery that shapes raw wood into high-quality parts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience with automated equipment, good problem-solving skills, and a safety-conscious mindset to maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant production area.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience operating automated manufacturing machinery.
• Comfort navigating computer interfaces and reading digital blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical understanding of sensors and pneumatics.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC/PLC-controlled woodworking machinery.
• Monitor control panels, touchscreens, and diagnostics for peak performance.
• Use digital tools to verify parts match blueprints and specs.
• Identify machine errors and perform real-time adjustments or tweaks.
• Load materials into automated feeding systems and ensure proper discharge.
• Perform routine maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.
