Job summary

Vulcan Materials Company is seeking a Plant Operator to safely and efficiently run the automated processing of rock products at an aggregate site. The role involves monitoring equipment, resolving issues, and maintaining peak plant efficiency while complying with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in construction/mining, and experience with processing equipment such as screens, crushers, and conveyors. OT and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Minimum two years experience in the construction/mining industry preferred
• Experience with automated processing equipment preferred
• Must have strong working knowledge of industrial processing equipment such as screens, crushers and conveyor systems.
