48forty Solutions LLC in Northampton, PA is hiring a Manufacturing Associate (Automated Pallet Repairer) on the 2nd shift. The role is piece rate based, rewarding higher pallet repair output with more pay.

Location: Northampton, PA 18067; pay is $19.00 per hour with overtime as needed. You will receive training and work to meet safety and quality standards while assembling and repairing wooden pallets using nail guns and set stringers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for shifts.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, or related fields preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood and assemble pallets with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
• Maintain high-quality output at a fast pace.
