Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Automated Material Handling Consultant to join the Consulting Team in the growing field of supply chain automation. You will advise Customers, Sales, and Execution teams on optimizing systems across equipment, software, and operations.

You will work on both new and existing systems, evaluating performance and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions with cross-functional engineers. A focus on tangible improvements and measurable results is essential.

We are looking for candidates to join the Dematic Consulting Team within the exciting and growing industry of supply chain automation. The Automated Material Handling Consultant is a trusted advisor for our Customers, Sales, and Execution teams.

The Automated Material Handling Consultant is tasked in helping our customers to get the best out of their systems. The position will be involved in both new and existing systems and evaluates all aspects that affect system performance. These include equipment, software, and operations.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

• Review simulation scenarios to ensure the deliverability of the design / scope / solution with a "real world" view of the operational challenges
• Lead consultancy projects with our customers to create a vision for the future of their operations.
• Utilize principles of mathematics, science, and engineering to streamline processes
• Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing
