Oats Overnight is seeking a Machine Operator to run automated production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while following GMPs and internal procedures.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and one year of machine operator experience, with strong math skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new processes. This role offers a weekday, 10-hour shift schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of previous machine operator experience.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to perform basic math in all units using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Manufacturing procedures and operations knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated machines on the food production line according to schedules.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and requirements.
• Monitor and inspect products to maintain consistency and quality.
• Follow GMPs and food safety practices; maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Inform supervisor of malfunctions and assist with SOP updates.
