Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto-body collision experience.
• Replacing and repairing bolt-on and weld-on panels.
• Knowledge of structural or replacement repairs, airbag replacement, and some mechanical work.
• Meet or exceed tech efficiency, cycle time, and return rate.
• Work with production manager and estimators on repair status, including supplements.
• Follow safety guidelines and hazardous waste disposal requirements.
• Keep work area organized and carts stocked with parts/materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs on damaged vehicles.
• Assist estimators with accurate estimates and minimize supplements.
• Communicate repair status with production managers and estimators.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and waste disposal is compliant.
• Keep tools and work area clean and organized for efficient operations.
