Job summary

Carvana is hiring Autobody Preppers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and involves light bodywork, prepping, sanding, buffing, and bumper removal/installation.

You will perform small area/bodywork including Bondo repairs, with opportunities for training and career progression as the company grows. We offer extensive benefits and a dynamic, high-tech inspection center setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles.
• Removing and installing bumpers.
• Minor plastic welding.
• Small area bodywork including Bondo repair.
