Qualifications

• Professional automotive window tint installation experience.
• Ability to complete automotive window tint installations independently.
• Hands-on glass preparation, film cutting, heat shrinking and final inspection.
• Experience with window tint software, plotters, or vehicle patterns.
• Strong knowledge of automotive window film and installation techniques.
• Experience removing existing tint without damaging glass or components.
• Maintain high-quality work while meeting production pace.

Responsibilities

• Install automotive window tint and paint protection film on dealership vehicles.
• Prepare glass, painted surfaces, and vehicle panels for film application.
• Measure, cut, shape, heat-shrink, and apply automotive film with professional methods.
• Use tint/PPF software, plotters, and vehicle patterns for precise installations.
• Remove and replace existing tint or protective film when required.
• Complete installations with a clean, smooth, professional finish.
• Inspect work to meet dealership and company quality standards.
• Identify and correct bubbles, wrinkles, or alignment issues.
• Protect interiors, trim, surfaces, electronics, and defroster lines.
• Meet daily production targets and vehicle turnaround expectations.
• Maintain organized work area and inventory; communicate status to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership requirements.
