Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a skilled Window Tint Installer in Durham, NC to apply window tint and protective films on customer and dealer vehicles. You will follow approved procedures, operate a plotter for film cutting, and coordinate parts and shipments as needed.

The role requires at least two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A pre-employment background Check and drug screening are required as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of work experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install window tint/ paint protection film on vehicles using quality products and techniques.
• Program and cut door edge protectors from paint protection film using supplied plotter.
• Take orders and ship paint protection products to locations locally and throughout the States.
• Remain in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per company standards.
• Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshield and apply primer before starting every tinting job.
• Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job.
• Use shop software system to enter, update and verify job information before, during and after each tint job.
• Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary.
• Perform work according to OSHA and EPA regulations and standards.
• Help keep the shop clean and organized and perform janitorial duties when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
