Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and Saturdays.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making daily customer calls.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion following company policy.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
