Job summary

National Car Rental at the San Jose Airport Rental Car Center is seeking a Tire & Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and inspections on our fleet. You will conduct oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and other preventive services to ensure safety and reliability for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English.
• Previous technician/mechanical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) per manufacturer specs.
• Repair and replace tires as needed.
• Replace wearable parts (bulbs, wipers) and document service in RO.
• Maintain shop area in a safe, clean condition and follow health/safety standards.
