Job summary

Bob King Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician in Winston-Salem, NC to join a high-performing service team. Earn up to $72.50 per flat rate hour with generous first-year incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a team-oriented mindset in a modern, climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Technician experience.
• A, B, or C Level certification preferred.
• Dealership experience is a major plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning
• Perform thorough multi-point vehicle inspections
• Recommend necessary repairs and services
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
• Perform high-quality repairs that build long-term customer trust
