• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Responsabilités

• Perform MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations.
• Test drive vehicles with customers to assess noise or vibration concerns.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure concerns are resolved.
• Document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive.
