Job summary

Blue United Sourcing in Norfolk, VA is seeking a General Automotive Technician for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience ($20–$48/hour) and a schedule of 8 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday with no weekends.

You will perform maintenance and repair across vehicle systems, diagnose issues, assist with transmission work, and join a small, experienced team. The shop provides paid training, mentorship, PTO, IRA with 3% match, weekly pay, and healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general automotive repair experience.
• Ability to use your own tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard maintenance and repair work across a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel/ignition, electrical, AC, and computer systems.
• Assist with transmission removal and installation.
• Work alongside a small, experienced team of technicians who support one another every day.
