Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.

This full-time onsite role offers a flat-rate pay structure ($24-$42 per flagged hour), opportunities for Mopar/ASE training, and a comprehensive total rewards package. Applicants should have at least three years of technician experience and own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional technician experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards.
• Flag hours on CP, warranty, and internal ROs.
• Complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work.
• Stay current on required OEM/Mopar training.
• Maintain a clean and organized stall.
