Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive repair experience or 3+ years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brakes.
• Complete steering, suspension, battery, and alignment work.
• Mentor teammates and continue developing your skills.
