Group 1 Automotive is hiring Entry Level Automotive Technicians/Apprentice Technicians at select California locations. You will receive paid manufacturer training and mentorship to build hands-on skills while advancing toward Certified and Master Technician levels.

The role offers market-leading pay based on experience, structured learning programs, and opportunities for career growth within a large automotive retail group. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations and fluid services
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Perform brake inspections and basic brake service
• Install, balance and repair tires
• Test batteries and diagnose using Toyota factory equipment
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and keep work area organized
• Work as part of a collaborative service team delivering quality workmanship
