Job summary

Caliber Collision Farragut is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in a fast-paced production shop. You will help maintain cleanliness, organize tools, and assist with basic process tasks to support the repair workflow.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn. Prior collision repair exposure is a plus, and the role offers weekly pay with overtime eligibility and opportunities for training and growth within Caliber Collision.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Valid driver's license and eligible for Caliber insurance policy.
Nice to have collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area including waste disposal, sweeping floors, and organizing tools.
Assist in cleaning of spray booths and place tools/equipment in their proper location.
Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion; assist with minor maintenance as needed.
Follow Caliber's SOPs and center procedures to support timely repairs.
