Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring a Porter to help maintain the cleanliness of customer vehicles and facilities. The role supports ongoing repairs by pre-washing and post-cleaning vehicles and by transporting vehicles to sublet locations as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+, and hold a valid driver's license. Automotive experience and strong attention to detail are valued attributes in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office and production areas.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning; exterior and interior clean-up after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
• Duties may change at any time with notice.
