Job summary

Caliber Collision in Charles Town is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support daily production tasks, keep the interior clean, dispose of waste, and help maintain tools and equipment in a safe, organized workspace. You will follow Caliber SOPs, assist with minor shop maintenance, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment while learning I-CAR and ASE processes.

This entry-level role offers weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide collision repair

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area; dispose of waste and keep tools organized.
• Assist in cleaning of spray booths and maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Follow Caliber SOPs and center procedures to complete repairs in a timely manner.
