Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Shop Helper at the Alcoa center for hands-on support in daily shop operations. You will help with housekeeping, tool organization, and prep tasks to keep the production area clean and efficient.

Responsibilities include floor sweeping, waste disposal, assisting in spray booth cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed. The role offers opportunities for training and advancement with paid weekly compensation and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily interior housekeeping of the production area and keep it organized.
• Sweep floors, dispose of waste, and assist in cleaning spray booths; place tools and equipment in their proper locations.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance when necessary and support a fast-paced shop environment.
