Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Shop Helper at the Charlotte Tyvola Rd service center. The role covers maintaining daily housekeeping in the production area, assisting in cleaning spray booths, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.

You will also help with minor maintenance and adhere to Caliber SOPs to support timely repairs. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy; collision experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping in the interior of the production area (sweep floors, empty waste cans, dispose of unwanted parts, organize tools).
• Assist in cleaning spray booths, and keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
• Follow Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures and center procedures to complete repairs in a timely manner.
