Caliber Collision in Hyattsville, MD is hiring an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in the production area, including housekeeping, waste disposal, cleaning spray booths, organizing tools, and keeping the lot neat.

This role supports the shop team in a fast-paced environment; duties include assisting with minor maintenance, following SOPs, and staying compliant with safety standards. Must be 21+, with a valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assist in cleaning of spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
• Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures to enable teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.
